Neil Carr, the managing director of Wise Move Homes has 27 years building experience in both the UK and Turkey building industry. Neil has worked as an award winning site manager with some of the largest construction companies in the UK including Wimpy and Persimmon Homes. Neil also gained the prestigious NHBC award which places him in the top 2 ½ % in his profession.
Wise Move Homes are the only developer in the province to be awarded International Standards Organisation ISO.9001.2000 accreditation for their office management systems.
Unlike many developers in Altinkum Wise Move Homes will not under-declare on your title deeds which can cause an expensive tax implication if you buy from a developer that does under-declare. An example of this is a developer may declare as little as 20% of the purchase price on your title deeds.
